[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]为了能稳步有效推进广州志愿者卡的发放，各级志愿者组织要做好广州志愿者卡发卡的发动和配合工作，[u]请各组织属下志愿者在“广州志愿者卡确认表”上填写志愿者号码和签名[/u]，在个人资料的核实工作中，由各志愿者组织填制“志愿者卡资料电子表格”连同“广州志愿者卡确认表”送[/b][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]广州青年志愿者协会秘书处。[/size][/font]
