         今晚,我们四人来到人民北路的高伯家做服务.
         高伯坐在轮椅上,精神显得还不错.一阵寒暄之后,我们便开始帮助高伯做康复运动.
   高伯的双腿已经瘫痪多年,他躺在床上,先由嘉敏为他按摸双腿,进行松筋.接着嘉敏把手
   按在高伯的小腿上,让高伯抬腿,对抗嘉敏的手力,高伯的腿能抬到一定的高度,最后,高伯
   在我们的搀扶下,在家里走了一圈.
         高伯现在的生活基本可以自理,但要进一步康复,还需要长期的治疗和锻炼,我们作
   为志愿者,肩上的责任也是重大的,因为帮助病人,使他们有一点点的好转和进步,就是我
   们最大的快乐.

3。仰卧起坐(5个)
4。助行步行训练 患者神志清,对答切题,无诉头晕、咳嗽、恶心、呕吐、心悸等。胃纳精神尚可,大小二便正常。予其行双腿按摩时发现左腿肌张力紧张,步行能较好完成
下次服务内容:
内容如旧,可适量增加步行的距离。

   患者神志清,精神爽朗。对答切题,无诉头晕、恶心、呕吐、心悸等,自诉左腿时常有抽搐症状,双腿肌肉紧张。本次予患者站立、按摩、拉筋、坐位平衡、步行等训练,效果良好。已嘱患者平时多注意腿部筋骨的舒展.
下次服务内容:
内容如旧,可适量增加步行的距离、仰卧起坐、坐位抱膝。

内容:年前探访。买了一些水果同高伯及他家人拜早年,预祝新年好!身体健康!虽然天气冷,但高伯看上去的精神还不错,暂没有不适,不过天气冻,肌肉就相对硬,不过他自己有锻炼。聊了一会儿,过程是愉快的。最后高伯也祝我们新年好,医疗队越办越好。

晚上在OK便利店集中后,出发到高伯家,并送上苹果,高伯一家热情的接待了我们。整个中秋探访以聊天谈话为主,期间大家交谈十分融洽,其乐融融。高伯烟瘾较大,大家都劝谕高伯少吸烟,多做站立等动作。
